Ceylon Pest Guard offers professional pest control services including termite control, mosquito fogging, rodent management, and general pest treatments for both residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.
Customers must ensure that the premises are accessible at the agreed-upon time. Any required preparation steps (e.g., covering food, vacating the premises) advised by our team must be followed. Ceylon Pest Guard is not liable for damages caused by the customer's failure to follow safety instructions.
We provide warranties on specific treatments (such as termite control). The duration and terms of these warranties will be explicitly stated in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided if the property is structurally altered or if post-treatment recommendations are ignored.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate agreement has been established. We accept cash, bank transfers, and standard credit/debit cards.
While we use extreme care and approved chemicals, Ceylon Pest Guard shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the pest control treatments, except where such liability is mandated by Sri Lankan law.
